Can I buy Ticket on Board?
Yes! You can buy a ticket on board without any charge. Generally we recommend to buy your ticket in advance.

Luggage are allowed?
Sure! Included in the ticket: 2 baggage: 1 large hold baggage + 1 small baggage or carry bag on the bus.
The cost of each additional piece of baggage is € 5.00.
The on-board staff will be happy to assist you in organizing your luggage in the space provided.

We advise you to first affix a personal identification label with your name, surname and address on the baggage to facilitate the recovery of baggage.

Terms & Conditions - Naples Airport Shuttle
The transport contract stipulated online with Curreri Viaggi is governed by the following conditions:

1. Premises
1.1 - The Shuttle service (hereinafter Curreri Autolinee) is managed by the company Curreri Service, a company that carries out the transport of people in full compliance with current national and European laws.

1.2 - The booking of the services offered by Curreri Autolinee implies the automatic acceptance of the conditions all specified below.

Any clarifications must be requested from the Curreri Autolinee assistance service before booking.

1.3 - The services managed by Curreri Autolinee are the following:

a - SHUTTLE SERVICE (exclusive transfer)

It is a transport service reserved exclusively for those who purchased it for themselves or for the group to which they belong. The staff in charge of Curreri Autolinee awaits the customer at the booked time, transports them directly to the requested destination / destinations, and assists them in loading and unloading baggage.

b - SHUTTLE SERVICE (shared transfer)

It is a shared service between several passengers, each of whom books one or more seats.

It is a service that is aimed at individuals or pre-established groups reserved exclusively for those who made the booking on behalf of the group to which they belong. S. R. staff awaits the group at the booked time, transports them directly to the requested destination / destinations, assists them in loading and unloading baggage.

The customer must show up at the loading point at least fifteen minutes before the time shown on his booking voucher.

2. Reservations
2.1. - Reservations are made online.

In the case of a reservation made on behalf of "third parties", the person making the reservation accepts the contractual conditions also in the name and on behalf of the "third parties" with whom he is jointly and severally bound.

2.2. - The customer who makes the reservation, for himself and / or for others, assumes all and more complete responsibility for:

- completeness and correctness of the data indicated in the booking;
- possession of majority age;
- ownership and validity of the credit card used for the transaction and availability of the necessary funds;
- errors produced during booking in the indication of dates and times, loading and unloading points, type of service chosen.

In the event that errors made at the time of booking result in the failure and / or unsatisfactory performance of the service, Curreri Autolinee will not be required to make any refunds.

If the customer requests to change the trip in whole or in part with respect to what has been booked and this happens before departure or during the trip itself, he will be required - provided that the change is possible and authorized by the Curreri Autolinee operations center.

2.3. - Curreri Autolinee, having received the booking request, sends the customer, via email, the booking confirmation with the relative Voucher attached which is the only travel document, which must be presented to the driver in charge of the service and will give the right to use the transport .

Curreri Viaggi also reserves the right to propose, again by email, any alternative or modifying solutions.

2.4. - Upon receipt of the travel document, the customer checks its contents and reports any discrepancies via email to the address info@curreriviaggi.it (call-center [+39] 081.80.16.376) within the following 48 hours.

2.5. - In the event that, due to delays and / or changes in schedules or in any case for reasons not attributable to Curreri Viaggi, the customer does not use the booked transport service, he will not be entitled to any kind of refund.

2.6. - In any case, the customer will be granted the rights referred to in the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).

2.7 IT IS POSSIBLE TO REQUEST A REFUND ONLY IF NOTIFIED AT LEAST 6 DAYS BEFORE THE TICKET USE DATE.

3. Baggage
3.1. - Each passenger is allowed to bring a suitcase and hand luggage with them. Passengers can also bring along, upon notification at the time of booking, additional suitcases and equipment for the transport of children or the disabled, etc. Anything that exceeds normal baggage must be declared in the booking and involves the application of an additional fee.

If the additional baggage is not declared, Curreri Autolinee may refuse to carry it.

Curreri Viaggi reserves the right to apply a possible surcharge for baggage exceeding the allowed amount if this involves the use of a vehicle larger than that normally used for the number of passengers booked.

4. Rights
4.1. - Curreri Autolinee is not responsible for checking any flight or flight delays
