Terms & Conditions - Airport Shuttle
The transport contract stipulated online with Curreri Viaggi is governed by the following conditions:
1. Preconditions
1.1 - The Shuttle service (hereinafter Curreri Autolinee) is managed by the company Curreri Service, a company that carries out the transport of people in full compliance with current national and European laws.
1.2 - The booking of the services offered by Curreri Autolinee entails the automatic acceptance of the conditions specified below.
Any clarifications must be requested to the Curreri Autolinee assistance service before booking.
1.3 - The services managed by Curreri Autolinee are the following:
a - SHUTTLE SERVICE (exclusive transfer)
It is a transport service reserved exclusively for those who bought it for themselves or for the group to which they belong. The staff in charge of Curreri Autolinee awaits the customer at the time booked, transports it directly to the destination / destinations required, assists him in the loading and unloading of baggage.
b - SHUTTLE SERVICE (shared transfer)
It is a shared service between several passengers, each of which books one or more places.
It is a service that is aimed at individuals or pre-established groups reserved exclusively for those who have made the booking on behalf of the group to which they belong. The S. R. staff waits for the group at the booked time, transports it directly to the requested destination / destination, assists him in the loading and unloading of the baggage.
The customer must show up at the point of loading at least fifteen minutes before the time shown on his booking voucher.
2. Reservations
2.1. - Reservations are made online.
In the case of a reservation made on behalf of "third parties", the person who makes the booking accepts the contractual conditions also in the name and on behalf of the same "third parties" with whom he remains jointly and severally liable.
2.2. - The customer who makes the reservation, for himself and / or others, assumes every and more complete responsibility in order to:
- completeness and correctness of the data indicated in the reservation;
- possession of age;
- ownership and validity of the credit card used for the transaction and availability of the necessary funds;
- errors produced during the reservation in the indication of dates and times, loading and unloading points, type of service chosen.
In the event that the errors committed at the time of booking result in the failure and / or unsatisfactory service, Curreri Autolinee will not be required to make any refunds whatsoever.
If the customer requests to change the trip in whole or in part with respect to what booked and this takes place before departure or during the trip, he will be held - provided that the change is possible and authorized by the operating center Curreri Autolinee.
2.3. - Curreri Autolinee, upon receipt of the reservation request, sends the client an e-mail confirming the booking with the attached Voucher, which is the only travel document, which must be presented to the driver in charge of the service and entitles the user to use the transport .
Curreri Viaggi also reserves the right to propose, alternatively via email, any alternative or modifying solutions.
2.4. - The customer, having received the travel document, checks its contents and reports any discrepancies via email to info@curreriviaggi.it (call-center [+39] 081.194.60.894) within the following 48 hours.
2.5. - In the event that, due to delays and / or changes in timetables or otherwise due to causes not attributable to Curreri Viaggi, the customer does not use the reserved transport service will not be entitled to any kind of reimbursement.
2.6. - In any case, the customer will be granted the rights as per the Consumer Code (Decr.Legisl. N.206 / 2005).
2.7 IT IS POSSIBLE TO REQUEST A REFUND ONLY IF NOTIFIED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE THE TICKET USE DATE.
3. Luggage
3.1. - Each passenger is allowed to carry a suitcase and carry-on baggage. Passengers can also bring with them, after notification at the time of booking, additional suitcases and equipment for the transport of children or disabled people, etc. Anything exceeding normal baggage must be declared in the booking and will result in an additional fee.
If the additional baggage is not declared, Curreri Autolinee may refuse to carry it.
Curreri Viaggi reserves the right to apply a possible surcharge for baggage exceeding the allowed if this involves the use of a larger vehicle than the one normally used for the number of passengers booked.
4. Delays
4.1. - Curreri Autolinee is not responsible for checking any delays in flights or trains referring to the Customer's reservation. The delays must be promptly communicated by the Customer who suffers them to the assistance service of Curreri Autolinee.
4.2. - In the event of a reservation for a shuttle transfer, if there is a flight or train delay not reported by the Customer, the Curreri Autolinee operator will wait up to a maximum of 30 minutes from the scheduled arrival time.
In the event that the customer does not communicate to Curreri Autolinee the delay or does not accept the payment of the additional fee, he will not have any right to use the service, nor will he claim any refund.
The booked time can vary by 30 minutes, everything will be communicated via email to the address indicated in the booking phase.
4.3. - Curreri Autolinee is not liable for any consequences suffered by the Customer, including the loss of flight or rail connection, following the occurrence of events occurring independently of their will such as: bad weather, heavy traffic, road breaks, closure of unscheduled roads and not reported by the competent authorities, accidents, checks by the competent authorities, roadblocks for events and any and all events not foreseen or foreseeable. It is however possible for the Customer to obtain, with the production of justified and documented request, the reimbursement of the price of the transfer paid in advance, only in the event that the non-use of the requested service or its interruption before the deadline are attributable to a negligence of the company.
5. Mode of transport
5.1. - It is forbidden to smoke on board the vehicles used by Curreri Viaggi
5.2. - It is not allowed to carry on board vehicles used for the services offered by Curreri Viaggi, alcoholic beverages or drugs.
5.3. - Curreri operators may refuse to carry anyone considered under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behavior is considered dangerous for the safety of the driver himself, the passengers and the vehicle to be used.
5.4. - All vehicles used by Curreri Autolinee are regularly insured for civil liability towards third parties, including those transported, in compliance with current national and European legislation.
6. Customer Privacy
6.1. - In accordance with the EU General Regulations 2016/679 - GDPR and in relation to the personal data that Curreri Viaggi will come into possession at the time of booking, the following is specified:
6.2. - The processing of data is aimed exclusively at the correct and complete execution of the requested service and is carried out by means of the operations indicated by the aforementioned legislative decree.
- Operations will be carried out with the aid of electronic instruments.
- The treatment is performed by the holder and / or the persons in charge of the treatment.
- Personal data are not subject to disclosure, nor will they be transferred abroad.
- The customer may at any time obtain from the data controller confirmation of the existence of their personal data, the updating of the same as well as the correction and / or integration and / or cancellation and / or transformation into anonymous form.
7. Terms of purchase and Transport info
The customer buys a transfer service for himself and/or the group to which it belongs.
The vehicle used for the service booked is at the complete disposal of the customer.
The driver will take clients from the departure point to the destination required, according to the times indicated on the reservation.
Rate is inclusive of baggage fees.
Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
Every extra suitcase will be charged an additional fee of € 5.
The transport of special baggage must be agreed with the call center (0039) 081.194.60.894
The customer must notify by mail or telephone of any delays or flight change.
We do not have been responsible for non-communicated hours changes.
